Noor Al Aziziyah Center for Health Training, as an active platform for delivering its professional mission to healthcare practitioners, has been keen on establishing a fully qualified professional team capable of managing the educational process in accordance with standardized teaching criteria. This ensures superior performance levels and helps its audience achieve their knowledge and professional aspirations.
Furthermore, the center contributes to raising health awareness among all segments of society, becoming one of the productive learning sources that support the realization of Saudi Vision 2030. This is achieved by promoting public health, preventing diseases, and enhancing community awareness to build a comprehensive, efficient, and integrated healthcare system.
Below is a simplified summary of each role and its main function within the Center’s organizational structure, aimed at clarifying responsibilities and enhancing role understanding to ensure quality performance and effective teamwork.

Program Manager
A pivotal role and the cornerstone of a successful training process. The Program Manager reflects the organization’s strategies on the ground. They are responsible for reviewing the organizational structure, distributing roles, and coordinating all efforts of the technical and operational teams to execute the action plan with precision and achieve the highest levels of quality.

E-Learning Management Specialist
A key component in running a successful e-learning environment. This role serves as the main gatekeeper for reviewing and adapting all developmental content to align with technical requirements, ensuring it is redeployed and managed correctly within a sound technical and functional framework.

E-Learning Coordinator
Acts as the face of the digital training experience, reflecting the team’s efforts through live broadcast screens. This role ensures compliance with proper training standards, manages the training flow, and coordinates among all educational stakeholders to deliver a high-quality and professional output.

Web Developer and Programmer
The main responsibility of the web developer lies in designing websites based on the platform’s educational specifications. They complete all design tasks, write code, build software, and manage data. Essentially, they act as a technical translator—converting information and data into user-friendly features and benefits for learners.

Instructional Designer
The architect and developer of any educational course or program, particularly in e-learning environments. They serve as the bridge that transforms raw educational content into an interactive learning experience, achieving clearly defined learning objectives and delivering added value in teaching, learning, and knowledge transfer.

Technical Support
The first line of support for all stakeholders—trainers and trainees—regarding technical issues. This includes troubleshooting software problems, password recovery, email access issues, and ensuring uninterrupted support during training sessions.

Program Manager:
Responsibilities:
– Submitting accreditation requests to relevant authorities and coordinating all activities related to the validity and continuity of accreditations, including preparation, follow-up, and reporting according to accreditation standards and procedures.
– Administrative oversight of the company’s platforms and compliance with governance system obligations.
– Performing tasks related to collecting, interpreting, maintaining, and tracking accreditation and evaluation data/information.
– Providing support and consultation to instructional and course designers regarding virtual course design.
– Reviewing scientific materials on the platform to ensure their reliability and legal and ethical compliance.
– Collaborating with training and education experts to identify supporting courses that enhance programs aligned with learners’ needs.
– Supervising the operation and readiness of educational platforms and resolving any administrative or technical issues to facilitate learning.
– Leading collaboration and content development with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to produce e-learning modules aligned with program goals and educational principles.
– Participating in the development and management of applicable policies, strategic plans, goals, and programmatic activities related to the center’s initiatives.
E-learning Management Specialist
Responsibilities:
– Providing coordination and technical support before and during virtual class sessions.
– Responsible for operating the virtual classroom platform to deliver sessions using various delivery methods.
– Preparing welcome and closing messages for students, including instructions on platform tool usage.
– Scheduling classes, breakout sessions, and conferences.
– Managing and uploading course materials, tools, and documents for learners to access.
– Coordinating with trainers to ensure sessions are free from technical or administrative issues and preparing the learning environment appropriately.
– Coordinating with technical experts to resolve incidental issues for both trainers and trainees.
– Conducting “technical checks” with registered trainees prior to session broadcasts.
Web Developer
Responsibilities:
– Writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code using best software development practices.
– Creating website layouts/user interfaces using standard HTML/CSS practices.
– Maintaining and integrating data from various back-end services and databases.
– Gathering and refining specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
– Responsible for maintaining and expanding features and services.
