Attendance Policy – Noor Al-Aziziya Health Training Center
The attendance policy at Noor Al-Aziziya Health Training Center aims to clarify the organizational procedures related to synchronous e-attendance. Synchronous e-attendance refers to the trainee’s virtual presence in live virtual classrooms, ensuring that they are present during the actual session time. Accordingly, the following policies and procedures have been established:
Attendance Regulations
Participation in remote training programs is equivalent to traditional in-person attendance.
Accreditation authorities have full rights to verify attendance and absences in accordance with the following:
The minimum attendance requirement must not be less than 25% of the synchronous sessions.
Participants are not permitted to be absent from remote training sessions or training days.
Attendance hours for asynchronous programs are considered equivalent to regular attendance hours.
In blended learning programs (virtual or in-person) that last more than a month, at least 25% of the program hours must be attended through synchronous virtual sessions.
All participants must comply with the training program’s scheduled timeline.
Trainees must attend no less than 25% of the program hours they are enrolled in.
Attendance Monitoring and Documentation
Attendance and absence are recorded, documented, and monitored using the center’s specified procedures.
If a trainee fails to meet the minimum electronic attendance percentage, the following will apply:
Excused Absences
Medical excuses are accepted only if supported by a valid medical report issued by a recognized medical institution and submitted to the course supervisor or designated specialty supervisor.
Unexcused Absences
Failing to meet the minimum required attendance (less than 25%) without an acceptable excuse will result in the trainee being considered absent from the entire program and will lead to denial of the certificate.
Applicability and Enforcement
This attendance policy applies to all trainees enrolled at the center.
The center is committed to enforcing this policy, and all staff are required to adhere to it.
Any violation of this policy may subject the violator to disciplinary action in accordance with the procedures followed by the center.
Reporting
Monthly and periodic attendance reports are submitted by the center’s attendance coordinator, while maintaining the confidentiality of trainee information.
