Program Director

Oversees the overall progress of the educational process, coordinating all tasks carried out by the team. From another perspective, the director holds a comprehensive professional vision of the program in all its dimensions.

E-Learning Management Specialist

By virtue of their technical specialization and responsibilities related to the e-learning platform, this specialist is tasked with supervising training, providing guidance and support to all stakeholders in the educational process, maintaining communication, offering appropriate assistance, conducting follow-ups, and evaluating performance.

E-Learning Coordinator

Responsible for supervising the program during its delivery, monitoring any deviation from its set objectives, and reporting to higher authorities to ensure alignment with the educational goals.

Instructional Design Specialist

Plays a key role in overseeing the quality of course materials, ensuring they meet the educational standards defined in the organization’s policies. The specialist also takes necessary actions to align curricula and content with both internal and external quality standards.
